The flush bolted glass system provides an uninterrupted flush outer surface supported with highly engineered stainless steel fixing bolts connected to Gray & Dick’s tested electro-polished stainless steel cast brackets. The support structure can be aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel or glass, depending on the designer’s requirements.

Joints between glass panels are pointed in a high-performance silicone to maintain the flush appearance whilst allowing movement in the system and ensuring a permanent weather seal. This makes the system ideal for use on glazed entrance canopies, glazed walkways, entrance facades/vestibules and shopfronts.

All glass panels used in this system are toughened or toughened laminated BS 6206 Class A, BS EN 12600 & EN 12150.

Due to the system's flexibility, a large variety of glass specifications provides designers with the ability to achieve the aesthetic they require in terms of size, shape, colour and finish.
